Adult Ballet Beginner in the Vaganova Method
Recommended: min. 3 months Ballet background
The Ballet Beginner Vaganova course introduces fundamental Vaganova positions and proper body alignment to enhance posture and build strength. The progressive classes focus on building a strong Ballet technique foundation and elegant upper body carriage.
This course is designed for students who have been recently introduced to Ballet. Those with prior dance experience seeking a back-to-basics refresher are most welcome too!
